After working, a lot of people want to unwind first before sleeping and most of them do it by watching some of their favorite TV shows. Watching TV is a really relaxing pastime. ILLNESS - When you are sick, it is normal to feel tired all day. This is because the body does not have much energy left to do other activities as it is concentrating in fighting the viruses or bacteria that are causing your sickness.
